What Shipping method do you use?
 
 
Answer
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) because they are faster and cheaper than UPS and are very reliable.

From the time I place my order, when do you ship and when can I expect to receive my order?
 
 
Answer

I manufacture everything in my home-based studio. Some items are already in stock and ready to ship immediately, others have to be replenished as orders come in. In order to maintain quality I allow all resin casts to out-gas for a minimum of three days before I paint them. Please allow up to two to three weeks for your items to arrive.

Upon check out you will be able to select your preferred shipping method:

Standard Shipping [3-5 business days]
Expedited Flat Rate Shipping [2-3 days]

Answer

We strive to produce high-quality hand-made items. Please refer to our Contact Us page for contact information by phone, mail and email.

Reasons for returns:

  • Customer changed their mind and decided they don't want the item after all for whatever reason: Customer will receive full refund minus shipping charges if the item is returned in its original packaging within two weeks. Customer pays return shipping.

  • Defective Merchandise: Customer should call for a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us. I will repair or replace any items that break due to glue failure for one year from date of purchase and will cover all shipping costs. If there is glue failure after one year, I will repair or replace the item but the customer will have to pay to ship the item to me. All other product failures will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Wrong item shipped: Customer should call for a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us. The correct item will then be shipped out at our expense.

No, at this time we do not charge a restocking fees.

What method of payment do you accept?
 
 
Answer
We are currently processing all transactions through PayPal. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to use this payment method. All major credit cards and checks are accepted on PayPal.
